Information may be provided through product forms, account workflows, support conversations, and workspace activity. Public forms should not be used to send AI account secrets, sensitive personal information, or credentials.

How we use information

We use information to provide Cadraq, keep team access organized, respond to requests, support account and billing communication, protect workspace safety, understand service reliability, and maintain records required by customer agreements.

Retention

Cadraq keeps information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, customer support, security review, accounting or dispute records, and accepted customer agreements. When those reasons no longer apply, we delete or anonymize information where reasonably possible.

Your choices

You may contact Cadraq to ask about access, correction, deletion, account changes, or workspace data handling. Cadraq may verify the requester and may preserve records when a security or contractual reason requires it.

Sharing, children, and international transfers

Cadraq does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, customer administrators, or support partners when needed to provide the product. Cadraq is not directed to children. International processing, if any, is handled through the applicable customer agreement and appropriate safeguards.
